The primary sources are the sponsor business plan dated 4 June 2025 and the investment presentation. Where the documents differ, the website identifies the inconsistency rather than silently choosing one figure.

Fact, projection and interpretation

Historical status statements are described as sponsor statements. Future occupancy, revenue, return and asset values are labelled as projections. Additional scenario analysis is identified as illustrative.

Corrections

Material updates should be dated and the underlying source retained in the data room.

Commercial independence

The website does not claim third-party endorsement, independent valuation, audited forecasts or regulatory approval.
