Development roadmap
The sponsor’s intended sequence from Phase 1 completion to the full chalet portfolio.
Completed before website preparation
The Phase 1 basement is described as completed with approximately €250,000 of owner equity invested.
2026 · Complete the Stadl
Finish the six guest apartments and two staff apartments, commission the building and begin rental operations.
2027 · Start chalet phases
Begin construction of phases 2, 3 and 4, subject to financing, updated permits, contractor capacity and final procurement.
2028 · Complete the chalet portfolio
Finish the seven chalets and transition toward full-resort operations and stabilisation.
2029 onward · Stabilise operations
Build occupancy, optimise pricing, expand summer demand and evaluate refinancing, hold or exit options.
Dates are sponsor targets rather than guaranteed milestones. A lender or investor should require an updated critical-path programme, draw schedule, contingency, reporting package and completion tests.
