The year-round strategy

A winter-led hospitality business with proposed summer activities intended to improve utilisation and cash-flow resilience.

Beyond the ski season

The business plan models winter and summer as distinct demand periods. Winter is based on four months of stronger ski-related demand. Summer is modelled across eight months at a lower occupancy and bed rate, with the sponsor expecting additional activities to support growth.

Planned summer demand drivers

  • A downhill cycling trail described as approximately 100 metres from the project.
  • Family-oriented themed attractions and seasonal events.
  • Food-and-beverage demand from both overnight guests and day visitors.
  • A proposed year-round ski concept, which should be treated as an emerging opportunity until permits, technology and funding are confirmed.

Winter

Direct slope access

Ski-in/ski-out convenience is the core winter proposition and a key pricing and occupancy differentiator.

Summer

Activity-led stays

Biking, walking, events and family programming are intended to create reasons to visit outside the snow season.

All year

Integrated gastronomy

An existing approximately 220-seat venue is expected to provide meals, après-ski and day-visitor demand.
